A downloadable game for Windows
Context
This game was made in the Ubisoft GameJam 2020 in three days. It was the first time that we worked with the Unreal Engine and our second game developed as a solid team, so it was quite a trip to learn a new engine while developing a game.
All of our team had about 2 years of experience programming so overall we learned a lot and are proud of our result although its little inconveniences.
This place feels cozy...
In a forest full of magic and fantasy, a little mushroom has fallen asleep after spending a whole day playing with its parents.
Upon waking up, she realizes that her parents are not around, so she decides to go look for them.
Mechanics
The game has two phases, the day and the night.
Day
During the day you have to collect the sunbeams that you are going to encounter to recharge your energy, which you can then use to defend yourself.
Night
When the night falls, the monsters that appear will come after you if they see you. You can sprint to escape faster or fire a flash of light that knocks back enemies.
But beware! At night your energy runs out little by little, so you have to find your parents before it runs out completely. And it will wear out faster if you use your skills.
The amount of stamina is reflected in the light emitted by the mushroom.

WASD = Move
ESC = Pause menu

Left click = Beam of light
